This case study describes how UFE and ResCom helped ROER4D shift from preliminary research activities to full operationalization within an ‘Open Research’ ethos. The mentorship also helped define intended purposes and key audiences for dissemination activities. ROER4D became more specific and explicit in its actions, something that was reflected in its final Theory of Change.
