Centro Latam Digital (CLD) is a regional think tank based in Mexico City whose mission is “to generate knowledge and create a community that responds to the context and specific needs of the region for better design and implementation of effective digital policies around digital rights, innovation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity” (CLD, 2019). CLD is part of IDRC’s Strengthening Cyber Policy Centres in the Global South initiative and is receiving support from the DECI project. The work focuses on mentorship in Utilization-Focused Evaluation and Research Communication in order to enhance CLD’s communication strategies as well as its evaluation and adaptive management capacities.
